 		 BBC Jam Website: Ann worked for the BBC as a Software Designer and Scriptwriter on the introductory website tours for BBC Jam.

BBC Jam was an online educational service launched by the BBC. Ann was asked to design the three introductory tours of the website, one for each age range (5-7, 7-11 and 11-16).

Additionally, she designed the welcome page tour. The tours give a flavour of what can be done on the site. They show you how to navigate and point out key features in an engaging and innovative way.


 

 		 Lloyds TSB - A Blended Learning Solution: Ann project managed and wrote training materials for this blended solution for Lloyds TSB.

This project consisted of a training video, four workbooks, an aide memoire, a systems training CD-ROM and a user guide. The objective of the project was to train mortgage advisors in selling skills and referral techniques.
 

 		 Cognito Limited - An Online User Manual: This project was for a vehicle tracking software company. Ann was asked to write a User Manual. The manual describes every aspect of the software in detail. The end product was available online (as HTML) and in hard copy (as PDF).
 

 		 SEI - Transport Energy Packs: These documents are part of the 'Energy Packs', which Ann wrote for a client in Ireland. The target audience were managers and drivers within the transport sector. The objective of the project was to reduce fuel usage and carbon dioxide emissions.

The packs are extensive, and cover a variety of topics including: EcoDriving, the use of air conditioning, vehicle aerodynamics and advice on buying a car or van. They include practical ways to manage your business effectively, reducing costs and fuel usage at the same time. These packs were printed in hard copy.
 

CyberCook & CyberFit - Intranet Based Training: Learndirect and Cambridge Training and Development Limited asked Ann to project manage a learning software project for prisoners.

CyberCook and CyberFit teach and test units of the NVQs for cooking and recreation respectively, along with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
